With each brew, we blend the finest ingredients and traditional techniques to deliver a taste that is both familiar and refreshing. Whether you are a fan of hop-forward ales or rich stouts, there is something here to delight every palate!
Brewed with extra pale malt, using Mosaic and Chinook hops. This ale is light and refreshing, bursting with a mix of fruit and citrus notes and gives a moderately bitter finish as expected from an APA.
An amber-coloured, easy-drinking, traditional 4.2% bitter. Brewed with all English ingredients, an initial sweet malt taste is followed by a moderately bitter finish. Late addition Ernest hops give a delicious fruit aroma.
A 4% traditional blonde ale hopped with Jester and Olicana. This delicious ale is light and refreshing with a mild bitterness.
A strong, bold 5% stout brewed with six malts to give a rich, chocolate caramel finish. Hopped with Jester.
A clean and refreshing 4.5% West Coast pale ale. Brewed using generous amounts of Chinook, Cascade and Simcoe hops to give a burst of tropical fruits and notes of pine.
A 4.5% Golden Pale – Hopped with English Bramling Cross and Mystic, to give a refreshing citrus aroma and finishing with a mild bitterness.
A delicious full-bodied coffee and vanilla 5.2% stout. Wonderful malty flavours, infused with coffee beans and matured in cask to give roasted espresso aromas with notes of vanilla.
A traditional 4.5% blonde ale made from all British ingredients. Using Jester and Olicana hops, this ale is full-bodied and fragrant with a lovely mid-range bitterness expected from a blonde.
